Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original condition and packaging
• Unworn, unused, and undamaged
• Include all original tags and accessories

How to Return Items

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at marlacarmeta@hotmail.com with your order number
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address
3. Package items securely and ship to the provided address

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Exchange shipping costs apply.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Damaged or Defective Items
